Solana Volume Bot provides automated trading volume generation tools for tokens on the Solana blockchain. Our services include volume generation across multiple decentralized exchanges (DEXs), campaign management tools, and analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable laws.

5. Payment Terms

Our Services operate on a pay-per-volume model. Payments are made in SOL cryptocurrency. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any transaction fees associated with blockchain transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Solana Volume Bot LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLANA VOLUME BOT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solana Volume Bot LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
